Original footprint had a hatch to the basement, an awkward layout, a poorly positioned window and shoddy materials. New design gave plenty of storage space, an efficient work triangle and versatile custom island tables. New kitchen features frameless maple cabinets, sub zero and wolf appliances, dornbracht faucets, stainless steel and blackened steel backsplash and island tables and metallic porcelain floors.

The clients needed as much storage and functionality as a center city 8’ x 9 ½ foot space would allow. Birds eye maple custom cabinetry, blue eyes granite and a decorative fused glass backsplash are the highlights of this small kitchen. Every square inch is accounted for; from a custom built aluminum appliance garage to a customized open shelf storage unit to hold various cookbooks and miscellanea.
